New automated line for BLDC and VCC over-injected components
Escuturco has developed new BLDC and VCC superinjected components that are already being produced at full capacity in a new automated line with Saken Mechatronics technology.
These new solutions reduce the cost of the process, minimize error sources and offer a better product.
The new BLDC over-injected connectors are designed to provide an economical and reliable connection between the motor winding and the connection harness. The diversity of connection components is reduced with MFC technology, also reducing error sources.
The side of the connector harness is compatible with any standard RAST-5 connector and the stator winding side is compatible with UP-MATE connections.
VCC stator connectors also provide improvements in a number of ways. Thanks to a high-precision fitting system, no connection processes are required between the stator windings and the stator connector terminals. At the same time, the time required for production is shorter, thus increasing productivity.
