In Escubedo we are proud to share with our customers and suppliers the success of the expansion of the two new industrial buildings.

These plants have 3,000 sqm each and are already operational: one as an automated warehouse and the other for plastic injection and the section of moulds and dies. The two new plants add to our 1,000 sqm office building.

We firmly believe that this important expansion will act as a catalyst for new businesses in connection systems and components for the automotive, household appliances and electronics markets, as other changes did in the past: from the small workshop in Santa Coloma de Gramenet, to the offices in Barcelona, and from there to the facilities in Riudellots de la Creu (Girona), which we are now expanding with the new Escubedo 2 and Escubedo 3 plants.

September starts at Escubedo with the incorporation of Anna Zurriaga as the company's new Human Resources Director.

Anna is a professional with more than ten years of experience in the field of Human Resources and has a degree in Business Administration and Management. Anna has participated in various strategic HR consultancy projects, such as talent attraction and retention protocols, variable remuneration policies, job evaluation and description, competency-based management programmes and work climate studies, among others.

This new incorporation consolidates Escubedo's commitment to strengthen its human team as a key value driver for the company.

To the already known advantages of the Escubedo TP type terminal, we now add those of the new "Extra Low Insertion Force " range.

A smooth and progressive insertion, with values from 10N to 12N, provides comfort and ergonomics, which results in a significant productivity improvement for cable assemblers.

Following the success of the 2.8 mm power timer unimaterial terminal, we can finally announce the launch of the new Escubedo 1.6 x 0.6 mm male UNIMATERIAL terminal. It is offered as an alternative to the traditional 1.6 x 0.6 mm bimaterial males used in many connectors by automotive industry and for other applications.

It is available in bronze and CuNiSi for cable sections from 0.2 to 1.5 mm² and amply covers all applications for this type of connector.
