During January 2022 we have installed a new wire erosion line in the Mould Department to increase the production capacity of new dies and molds and, especially, spare parts for Escubedo dies.

This implementation should allow us to be more flexible and reactive in our stamping plants, both in Escubedo and in Escuturco, and always have the necessary spare parts available to be able to assume productions at any time.

The line is made up of two wire machines with a central robot prepared to turn the parts and work on an additional axis that will improve productivity in the manufacture of spare parts.

Taking advantage of the introduction of this line, we have also installed a machining plant control system in the wire and HSM areas from the machine supplier AGIE CHARMILLES.
