Ready to resume all activity with optimism
The fall in exports of Spanish automotive components between January and April 2020 is undeniable. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a health and also an economic crisis, motivated by the decrease in productive activity and restrictions on trade.
Even so, vehicle production plants in Germany have already resumed pre-COVID activity. The fact that one of the five major trading partners of the European Union for the Spanish automotive components sector returns to normal with high levels of production is a good sign, that we at Escubedo take with optimism.
