Kerem joined the company at the very beginning, with a shared dedication between Escuturco and Bimed Teknik. After the acquisition of Bimed by Escuturco, Kerem has been fully dedicated to the company. 

With more than 17 years of experience in Bimed Teknik, he has assumed senior management functions, as sales team management, market and business development management and budget development. Kerem stands out for his great capacity in team management, operational excellence studies for growth and development of markets and his organizational leadership skills.

How will you face this new stage?

It's exciting, to tell you the truth. In 1996, it entered the Turkish market with Bimed Teknik as a distributor. This adventure started with a single person and continued with a single person in 2004 with 60.000 €. When it reached a turnover of 1.8 million Euros in 2008, it decided to put its terminal production technology into the service of the Turkish market, which it believed and trusted. Escuturco was founded in 2009 with a capital of 400 thousand Euros with 5 people. Bimed Teknik, Turkey's largest business in connectors, purchased all of its connectors and Colombo Sergio businesses in 2021 by Escubedo and transferred the strategic merger expected for years to its own structure. Today, our new business is targeting 22 million euros by the end of 2021. With a young and dynamic team of 70 people, we are proud to be the leading terminal, connector and electrical connections designer and manufacturer in the Turkish market. With the pride and awareness of being the Market Leader of Turkey, staying in this position is one of the biggest sources of motivation.

What do you expect from Escuturco?

Escuturco is the 2nd largest Terminal and connector manufacturer of the Escubedo Group. Escuturco is an enterprise where the 2nd largest R&D and laboratory activities are carried out after the center in Spain. Beyond that it is an institution which provides services in a wide range from customer-oriented new product design, prototyping, laboratory services to production and control. It is the most popular and sought-after company in Turkey with its honesty, sincerity, designing complex electrical connection systems with a customer-oriented approach and trying to make it impossible, and designs that reduce process costs. Philosophy of Escuturco; It is the feature of being "More Than a Company".

What will be the vision of Escuturco?

Escuturco's most important desire is to adopt the feature of being a visionary company as a life philosophy for all its employees. It is Escuturco's Future Transformation Philosophy to grow with the value given to Human Resources, continuous new investments, new design and technologies and to transform what it earned from Turkey into investment for Turkey. Establishment of Green factory that it will operate with a renewable energy system is an important part of Escuturco’s 2025 vision. In this process, we aim to establish an R&D center and obtain at least 10 patents per year. Escuturco aims to achieve a turnover of 40 million Euros in 2025 with its existing human resources by implementing its internal and external stock control and production system with Robotic investments.
