Escubedo adapts to the new IATF regulations in quality management
Escubedo is preparing to make a new leap forward in its quality systems. Having achieved ISO 9002 and ISO/TS16949: 2009 certifications, the norm for quality management in the automotive industry in force to date, we are working to adapt to the new standard published by the IATF (International Automotive Task Force), ISO/TS 16949:2016.
Both the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and the suppliers of the automotive industry are required to apply this standard in their quality management systems before September 14, 2018.
Escubedo has already planned the transition audit with the certifying entity in order to meet the deadlines set by the IATF.
